2026 Youth Leadership Conference

Dr. Chae serves as the Youth Programming Director at SAVE, where she oversees impactful initiatives, including the social justice internship program. Deeply passionate about mentorship, she guides college students to unlock their potential and emerge as the next generation of leaders.

Chloe is a senior attending Florida International University with a major in Natural and Applied Sciences and a minor in Biology. After graduation, Chloe wants to get my certification to teach in Florida and becoming a middle school science teacher in Miami-Dade County Public Schools.

Nev is a rising third-year student at the University of Miami majoring in International Relations and Spanish on the pre-law track. After interning with SAVE, Nev developed a passion for mobilizing voters and endorsing pro-equality candidates in South Florida.

Rihanna is a Political Science student at Florida International University on the Pre-Law Track in the Honors College. Her experience as a former SAVE LGBTQ Intern inspired her to work in state politics, deepening her understanding of advocacy, public policy, and the legislative process.

Amaury is a sustainability-focused community impact leader with more than 15 years of experience building partnerships across construction, education, civic, and nonprofit spaces. He serves as Community & Citizenship Manager for Turner Construction Company’s South Florida Business Unit, where his work advances supplier diversity, workforce development, future builders, and community engagement.
