At SAVE, a nonprofit organization recognized under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, we are committed to protecting your privacy and maintaining the trust of our donors, supporters, volunteers, and community members. Please note that it may take a reasonable amount of time to process your request. You may continue to receive communications until your information is fully updated or removed. We retain Personal Information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including providing services, processing donations, complying with federal and Florida nonprofit, tax, accounting, and reporting requirements, resolving disputes, and enforcing our agreements. Donation and financial transaction records may be retained as required by law. When Personal Information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to securely delete or de-identify it.

If you choose to receive Wireless Marketing Services, you must expressly consent as described below. Availability: To receive Wireless Marketing Services, you must have a compatible text messaging plan with a participating wireless carrier. Availability may vary by geographic area or device. Delivery depends on your carrier’s transmission capabilities, and SAVE is not responsible for delays in message receipt. Personal Information: Information collected for Wireless Marketing Services may include your mobile telephone number, wireless email address, carrier name, and communication preferences. We will use this information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable law. Security/Delivery: Wireless communications may not be fully secure. By participating, you acknowledge the potential risk of unauthorized interception and agree that SAVE is not liable for damages arising from such interception. Potential Charges: SAVE does not charge for Wireless Marketing Services; however, your carrier’s standard message and data rates may apply. You are solely responsible for any charges incurred. Registration (Opt-In) Methods for Wireless Marketing Services: SMS Opt-In Method: You may be invited to send a specific keyword to a designated number to enroll.
